This document is a legal agreement between fg66d ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). By registering an account at fg66d or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

"Balance" — The amount of funds currently held in your account.

Your use is entirely personal and non-commercial.

fg66d may request identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user may operate one account only. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited. If a duplicate account is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and the related balances may be forfeited.

Information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email — must be accurate and valid.
Keeping your password confidential and secure is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fg66d support immediately.
Sharing account details with third parties is prohibited.
fg66d will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on fg66d:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Transactions via any other method will not be processed.
Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment account used to make the deposit.
The name on your fg66d account and the name on your payment account must match for both deposits and withdrawals.
fg66d does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, charges from the payment provider may apply.
fg66d reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.

Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions completed via these three methods are final and cannot be reversed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fg66d offers various promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
For a deposit of ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
Wagering Requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
No direct withdrawal from bonus funds is allowed — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is completed.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
fg66d reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

The fg66d VIP program has four tiers. Based on your activity, you can gradually move up to higher tiers:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. Specific wagering conditions may apply to cashback. fg66d reserves the right to change the VIP structure without notice.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

fg66d strictly follows a fair play policy. The following activities are completely prohibited:

Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
Exploiting any vulnerability in the platform's software or systems.
Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or abusing the bonus system.
Falsifying personal information or operating an account under a false identity.
Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or cyber-attacking the fg66d platform.

If any of the above violations are proven, fg66d may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. The relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

Attempting to copy or reverse-engineer the platform's source code or technical infrastructure.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

fg66d uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.
Your financial information is not shared with third parties, except for the purpose of processing transactions.

11 Service Changes & Interruptions

fg66d reserves the right to change or temporarily suspend services without prior notice in the following cases:

In the event of a technical fault or security threat.

When suspending the service is necessary for regulatory or legal reasons.

fg66d will not be liable for losses caused by service unavailability. However, we will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible.

12 Account Closure & Termination

fg66d may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
In the event of fraudulent activity or provision of false information.
In the event of suspected money laundering or illegal activity.
At the player's own request (self-exclusion or account deletion).

Players may also request account closure at any time by visiting the fg66d Login page and contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be returned after identity verification.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fg66d will not be liable for:

Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from use of the platform.
Delays or errors with third-party payment services.
Game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or network.

Gaming is inherently risky. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between fg66d and a user, resolution will be attempted through the following process:

Step 2: The support team will review the dispute within 3 business days.
Step 3: Resolution of the dispute will be attempted with the agreement of both parties.

Relevant funds may remain on hold until fg66d's decision is final. Any legal dispute will be resolved under applicable law and judicial authority.

15 Third-Party Services & Game Providers

Games available on the fg66d platform are developed by various third-party game developers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. These game providers' own terms and conditions may apply.

fg66d will not be primarily liable for technical faults in third-party games, but we will assist in resolving issues.
Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
If an abnormal win occurs in a game due to a technical fault, fg66d reserves the right to review it.
